Subject: Truffle!
Truffle and I had a great show season and we are qualified for all of
the year-end championships. We have also been invited to once again
participate in the Friesian Grand Nationals. This year they will be
held in St. Louis Missouri! I am so excited! It will take place the
first week of October. In the meantime, we are having a blast
preparing for all kinds of classes. Truffle is becoming very versatile
as we will be competing in a western pleasure class, hunt seat class,
english equitation, dressage hack, fantasy costume, halter and more!
It is a lot of fun to mix things up a bit and I think that she really
enjoys it as well. And, of course, she is excelling at them all! Here
is something really amazing: Truffle won first place every time this
summer except for twice!!!! That is an outstanding record!! She has
accomplished so much and my room is filled with trophies, ribbons,
bridle bags, hats, mugs, plaques and many other awards! This was only
our second show season and we look forward to many more successful
ones in the future. Thank you so much!

Truffle and I are having the time of
our life! I am looking very forward to this summer's show season. We
worked really hard over the winter and learned many things. Now that
Truffle and I are more experienced, we look forward to a successful
and fun season! Thank you so much for such a special horse. I don't
think that I will every be able to fully express my gratitude to you.
Truffle's personality and disposition is so sweet. We trust each other
and love to take a day off and go for a trail-ride in the beautiful
mountain scenery. I'll talk to you soon and I can't wait to see all of
you again!

Here are some pictures of Truffle and I. I will send you all of my
dressage scores in a separate e-mail. I want to thank you again for
giving me such a spectacular horse. I have had so much fun training
her and just being friends. She neighs every time I go and get her. We
love to go to shows together and just have a blast.
